I recently enjoyed another wonderful triathlon experience on behalf of the Challenged Athletes Foundation. Held November 2, this half-Ironman distance event based out of La Jolla Cove was a wonderful day for an incredible cause. We raised $4,000 for CAF through my participation in this event. Thanks to all the contributors!

My splits: Swim: 0:42:17, Bike: 3:37:22, Run: 2:15:41 , Total: 6:35:20. Place: 70 of 123 solo entrants.
