While most paddle the Upper Missouri in canoes, AdventureCORPS offers a six-day, 105-mile standup paddleboard (SUP) paddling adventure from Fort Benton, Montana, down the Upper Missouri River through the iconic White Cliffs region. The paddling is on flat water, generally slow-moving, so while the skill level required to navigate the route is not high, it’s also not a “floating trip”; exercise, both while paddling and during daily hikes, will be an intrinsic part of the entire adventure. With extremely limited cell service and extremely limited services along the route, this is a true “get away from it all” expedition.
