Ritchey Break-Away, the Official Bicycle of AdventureCORPS
AdventureCORPS, Inc. is pleased to recognize the Ritchey Break-Away as the Official Bicycle of AdventureCORPS and all our events: Furnace Creek 508, Badwater Ultramarathon, Death Valley Century & Double Century, Hell's Gate Hundred, Mount Laguna Bicycle Classic, and all our camps and tours. Every AdventureCORPS cycling event is an ideal venue to explore the world and partake in a one-of-a-kind cycling experience on a Ritchey Break-Away Bicycle.
The Ritchey Break-Away is a no-compromise, world-class bicycle which also breaks in half to travel in a relatively small suitcase for ease of travel (no more big bike boxes to lug around and to try to stash into taxis and closets) and, nearly always, at no extra charge when being checked as luggage on airplanes.
AdventureCORPS founder Chris Kostman purchased his Break-Away in 2004 as a travel bike, but its incredible ride qualities and stylish appearance were so alluring that it immediately became practically the only bicycle he ever rides, whether traveling or not.
AdventureCORPS is an Authorized Ritchey Break-Away Dealer, so you can special order your own Break-Away - either a road or cross frame or bike, in either light-weight steel or a titanium-carbon mix - from AdventureCORPS! You can even take delivery at one of our events!
