I am often asked specifically how to "ride the music," so I put together this outline of specific songs and how to best ride them. Remember, "the music is the road." Order of the Universe 9:00 This is heavily choreographed! - Start with an easy roll with rhythm press, then add resistance and climb in third at 3:00, then stand tall to run on the beat at 4:30, then pick up the pace at 4:45, then sprint while running tall from 5:30 to 6:00, then add resistance and climb off the saddle in third position, then lighten resistance and sprint in third position off the saddle from 7:00 to 7:34, then slow, add resistance, and finish it smooth in whatever manner is possible (8:30 to 9:00 is recovery).
