How To Ride Music

I am often asked specifically how to "ride the music," so I put together this outline of specific songs and how to best ride them. Remember, "the music is the road." (Please note that these songs are in no particular order and are not intended to be strung together in this order for an actual class.) Enjoy!

Order of the Universe 9:00 This is heavily choreographed! - Start with an easy roll with rhythm press, then add resistance and climb in third at 3:00, then stand tall to run on the beat at 4:30, then pick up the pace at 4:45, then sprint while running tall from 5:30 to 6:00, then add resistance and climb off the saddle in third position, then lighten resistance and sprint in third position off the saddle from 7:00 to 7:34, then slow, add resistance, and finish it smooth in whatever manner is possible (8:30 to 9:00 is recovery).
